Preparing to frame your artwork?
Protect your artwork by grabbing a backing board. Humidity and changes in temperature can cause your artwork to warp inside a frame. By mounting your artwork on a backing board beforehand you prevent your artwork from warping.
These backing boards are acid-free on both surfaces, but not in the middle, which is made of chipboard.
1/16” (4-ply) thick and sturdy enough to withstand the awesomeness of your artwork.

Packed right!
My first order with Matboard Center arrived and I was impressed with how well it was packed! The order was insulated very well so as not to be damaged in transit. Good job!

Backing Board
i am very happy that the part of the backing board touching my art is acid-free. The boards are strong, but lightweight, not adding to postal weight.
