Packaging ruined my product
The product I ordered was fine, exactly what I needed other than being a little flimsy. But how the company packaged it made it extremely difficult to unwrap. Using about 2 full rolls of plastic wrap, it made unwrapping it very difficult to the point of the mat board bending in a couple spot causing a crease that now I can't get out. Very disappointed and will probably need to order another one.

The mat board was exactly what we needed to complete a framed poster received at Christmas. The color was perfect and the way it was wrapped was unbelievable. Unless it was purposely bent there was no way it could not be received in perfect condition . Highest praises to you and your company.
