Our acid-free whitecore matboards are a 4-ply papermat that provide the aesthetic and design benefits of a bright white bevel.
Each sheet of mat board has a richly colored front surface and a white core.
It can be used for matting photos, art, and needlepoint. It is great for crafts, backboards, signs, children's projects, and school projects.
4-ply over 4-ply.
Aperture sizes: 4.5"x6.5" fits 5x7 print or photo.
The double mat is glued together.

8X10 Double mats
The product feels like very high quality mat board. The two layers are attached together very well. My complaint with the order I received is that many of the corners are very sloppy. I'm needing to clean up corner cuts with an x-acto knife before I can use them. The larger size mats I received I haven't seen the same poor level of quality control.
