Description
Short lid archivally safe boxes are made specifically for the bulk storage of negatives and prints. Tan boxes are manufactured from museum quality lignin-free and acid-free unbuffered tan board, just like our clamshell negative/print boxes. Black boxes are made from a sturdy 60 pt. acid-free scuff resistant board and buffered with a 3% calcium carbonate, suppressing the migrant acidity that comes through handling and environmental sources. All boxes are metal edge reinforced for added strength and stackability and are ideal for storing negatives and prints on shelves. As always, we recommend that negatives and prints be placed in envelopes (not included) prior to placement in the box.

Package Inspection: Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If we sent you a wrong item(s) or missing, please email us at matboardcenter@gmail.com within 7 days.
We ship orders via FedEx, and USPS.
Missing Items: If there is a missing item from your order, we will send out replacements on the same day except on holidays. We will ship it out using the same method we used to send out in the first place. For example, we would ship a missing item using USPS Priority Mail if the package was originally sent using the same service.
We ship out most orders on the same day if the order has been placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time. However, in the case in which your order can not be shipped within 2 business days, we will contact you by email to inform you of your expected shipping date. If the expected shipping date is not satisfactory with you, you may cancel your order with no obligation.
Damaged Items: If your order was received damaged, please take a picture of the item and send it to matboardcenter@gmail.com within 14 days. Any complaints after 14 days, will be dismissed. Please check your order upon delivery.
If you contact us within 14 days, we will offer an option of replacement or partial refund or store credit.

Returns:Several items are not returnable under any circumstances. They are marked on the product description page. You may return non-defective items within 15 days of purchase. All returns must contact our customer service team through email matboardcenter@gmail.com. We will not issue refunds nor replacements for any returns that did not contact us directly, no exceptions.
Customers have 15 days to return non-defective items upon receiving their purchase. After 15 days we will charge a 10% restocking fee. There will be no returns of non-defective products and/or refunds after 21 days. Any customer returning items totaling over $300.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
If the item is purchased as a free shipping item, we will deduct the actual shipping charges we paid from the total. If you paid the shipping for your items, then you will not receive the shipping refund.
Note: Clearance and BOGO items are not eligible to return.
No custom cut items are returnable for any reason, as they are made to order.
We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping courier; it is your responsibility to ensure and track the pages.
